Hitch-hiking in Slovenia

Hitch-hiking in Slovenia

Today was official start of my hitch-hiking in Slovenia (one of the most safe countries for hitch-hiking).

We needed to go to Medvode from Škofja Loka, and Silvia offered hitch-hiking. We were waiting less than 15 minutes, one decent middle-age couple picked up us at the gas station. The way back we did the same, but man didn’t speak english at all… anyway he drove us to Škofja Loka bus station although he lived in Trata. :)

Since now we are going to hitchhike as much as possible and spend saved money for alcohol :P. I wish we started earlier.

P.S. This experience motivated us to learn a bit more of useful Slovenian words. :)
